Conduct global market, consumer, competitive, sustainability, and media investment research to identify the opportunity and shape the business case for a new consumer brand.
Develop the strategy, positioning, personas, messaging, manifesto, and pitch materials used to prove out the brand and prepare it for leadership and board approval.
Build the complete brand identity from the ground up, including naming, logo, visual system, look and feel, voice, taglines, product aesthetics, and brand guidelines.
Create an ownable product architecture, naming the collections, technologies, and key components while translating complex sleep engineering into differentiated consumer stories.
Develop North American go-to-market strategy across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, spanning consumer, retail, hospitality, PR, social, digital, paid media, and strategic partnerships.
Design, build, write, and launch the complete Ikona website, including UX/UI, responsive design, front-end development, CMS architecture, multi-market infrastructure, and launch.
Lead the brand’s creative ecosystem, including content strategy, creative direction, photography, video production, campaign development, and launch assets.
Build and launch Ikona’s owned channels, including social platforms and the ongoing content engine.
Equip sales and retail partners with the brand tools, content, and materials needed to support B2B sell-in and sell-through.
Act as Ikona’s fractional marketing department, leading strategy and execution while managing partners, timelines, budgets, and launch priorities.
